He moved to Des O\u2019Meara and Partners as a writer and after 6 months was appointed the Creative Director. Involved in many tv commercials for Quinnsworth\/Tesco Ireland amongst others, he set up Mike Smyth Productions to produce and direct tv commercials..<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A few years later, he set up Rumble Films. Through Rumble Films, Smyth produced and directed many series of \u201cMusic Express\u201d, which was distributed in the main by Warner Music in London. Many of the world\u2019s A Division music celebrities have appeared on Music Express, which have aired in dozens of countries worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Music Express was followed by a HD series, initially for the United States, called \u201cTalks with\u2026\u201d.
